Provided technical assistance to State mental health agencies and others, logistical and administrative support services, and developmental program guidance. Planned, coordinated and provided logistical support for an annual Joint National Conference held in Washington, D.C. for approximately 600 participants from the Continental United States and certain foreign countries.
